  Goals:
  
  Conducting an assessment at the request of the client with an inspection of objects.
  
  Your future responsibilities:
  
  - Self-compilation of assessment reports is mandatory.
  - Coordination of reports with the client.
  - Inspection of objects of assessment
  
  Our expectations from you:
  
  - Higher education
  - Experience from 1 year
  - Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of assessment
  - Knowledge of modern valuation methodology, legal requirements and valuation standards.
  - Correct oral and written language
  - Excellent writing skills for business texts, presentations,
  - Good communication skills, analytical skills
  - Willingness to work irregular hours and business trips
  - Experience in project and team work
  - Excellent command of MS Excel
  - A desire to develop in the field of assessment, the ability to solve non-standard tasks is welcome
  - Qualification certificate would be an advantage

  - Knowledge of IFRS principles and practical experience
  - Spoken and written English (Uper-Intermediate and above)
  - Responsibility, purposefulness, ambition,
  - Good communication skills, analytical skills
  - Willingness to work irregular hours and business trips

  - Excellent command of MS Excel
  - Having a qualification certificate of an auditor is welcome.
